摘  要:主要研究管材和船用型材在激光-电弧复合焊接过程中熔池的稳态和动态情况。利用准稳态过程模型确定了一套合适的焊接参数,利用激光焊动态模型研究了匙孔深度和振动振幅。使用15 k W的光纤激光器,在一个较宽的焊接参数范围内对钢管和不锈钢进行激光-MAG复合焊。通过对熔池深度及其各自振动频率的实验结果和模拟结果的对比,分析了熔池的自振动特性。In the process of hybrid laser-arc welding of pipes and shipbuilding sections,the simulation of steady and dynamic states of molten pool behavior are observed. The appropriate welding mode is determined by a quasi-stationary process-model. The keyhole depth and width oscillations are researched by the dynamical model of laser welding. The pipe steel and stainless steel are welded in wide range of welding parameters of hybrid laser-MAG welding with 15 k W fiber laser. The experimental result and simulated result of penetration depth and vibrational frequency are compared to analyze the self- vibration performance of molten pool.
