摘  要:层间温度、固溶强化是影响材料强度的重要因素。对690 MPa级HSLA钢熔敷金属进行了室温拉伸,分析在不同层温下熔敷金属屈强比的变化规律,探讨层间温度及固溶强化对屈强比的影响。结果表明,随着层间温度的降低,熔敷金属的屈强比升高,层间温度从200℃降低到80℃,屈强比由0.781增加到0.82。进一步研究表明,固溶强化对屈强比的影响不大。Interpass temperature and solid solution strengthening are the important factors for material strengthen. In this paper, the tensile properties of deposited metal of 690 MPa level HSLA steel at different interpass temperatures are tested by tensile test machine at room temperature. The rule of yield ratio at different interpass temperatures and the effects of interpass temperature and solid solution strengthening on yield ratio of deposited metal are analyzed. The results show that with the decrease of interpass temperature the yield ratio rises, interpass temperature decreases form 200 ℃ to 80 ℃ correspondingly yield ratio increases from0.781 to 0.82. Further study shows that solid solution strengthening has a little effect on yield ratio of deposited metal.
