摘　　要：结合目前电渣炉电极焊接生产中存在的常见问题,研制了新型的电渣炉电极焊控制系统。分析该控制系统的硬件组成和软件设计。该系统以可编程控制器PLC为核心,分别对焊枪枪头的位移控制系统、横臂移动控制以及焊接滚轮架旋转控制进行了程序设计;针对焊接工件与焊枪枪头导电嘴之间距离难以控制的情况,设计了采用焊接电流闭环控制的模糊PID控制算法。Combining the existing problems in electroslag furnace electrode welding production,this paper introduces a new type of electrode welding control system. The hardware and software of the control system has been designed,PLC programmable controller is as the core in this system. Respectively,control program of traveling tips for gun control,motion control and arm rotation roller frame has been studied. Finally,based on the distance between the torch tip and welding work piece is difficult to stabilize,a fuzzy closedloop control of the welding current PID control algorithm is designed.
