摘 要:针对转向架焊后的接头自动化无齿盘精磨工艺中的残余应力及组织演变规律的变化特点,系统研究高速切削精磨下的转向架焊接接头打磨区域的的表面粗糙度、残余应力以及显微组织。结果表明,使用无齿精磨后的表面粗糙度小于1μm,表面粗糙度云图分布均匀性。残余主应力σmax和σmin均小于转向架的屈服强度。微观组织结构表明精磨后未出现淬硬组织或回火组织,经过无齿盘高速精磨后,表层组织均匀。In view of the changing characteristics of residual stress and the evolution rule of microstructure in the automatic grinding process without dentate disc of welded joints in bogie,the surface roughness,residual stress and the microstructure of the grinding area of welded joints in bogie in process of high speed cutting and grinding was studied.The results show that,the value of the surface roughness is smaller than 1 μm meanwhile the nephogram distribution of surface roughness is symmetrical.The main residual stressσmax and σmin are both smaller than the yield strength.The microstructure shows that,there is no quench hardening microstructure or tempered microstructure after grinding process.Besides,the surface structure is symmetrical after the process of high speed grinding without dentate disc.
