调气通腑泄热法治疗脓毒症胃肠功能障碍的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察调气通腑泄热法治疗脓毒症肠热腑实证胃肠功能障碍的疗效。方法 60例患者按随机数字表法随机分为对照组30例和治疗组30例。对照组予常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加中药治疗。治疗7 d后,比较两组患者治疗效果,并比较治疗前后PCT、CRP、胃肠功能障碍评分、中医证候积分和APACHEⅡ评分。结果治疗组总有效率83.33%高于对照组的56.61%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后PCT、CRP、胃肠功能障碍评分、中医证候积分和APACHEⅡ评分均改善(均P<0.05),且治疗组改善程度优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论调气通腑泄热法可改善脓毒症肠热腑实证胃肠功能障碍患者的相关实验室指标、临床症状以及胃肠功能,提高脓毒症治疗效果。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effeet of the method of regulating gas,purgation and purging heat on the treatment of sepsis with gastrointestinal dysfunction of intestinal dryness. Methods： 60 cases of in- testinal,dryness sepsis with gastrointestinal dysfunction were randomly divided into the control group ：and the treatment group,30 cases in each The control group were treated with western medicine,while the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine .and western medicine. After 7 days of treatment, the thera- peutic effects were compared between the two groups. And we compared PCT, CRP,gastrointestinal dysfunction score.TCM syndrome score and APACHE II score before and after the treatment. Results： Treatment effective rate of the treatment group was 83.23% ;significantly higher than 56.61% of the control group （P〈 0.05）. After treat- ment, PCT, CRP, gastrointestinal ~tysfurietion score.TCM- syndrome score and APACHE score in both groups, com- pared with before： treatment,were decreased （P 〈 0.05 ）. In the Comparison between groups, the treatment group decreased more,obviously （P〈O.05）＇ Conclusion： The ,method of regulating gas,purgation and purging heat can improve the laboratory indexes.,clinical symptoms and gastrointestinal function of the patients of sepsis with gas- trointestinal dysfunction of intestinal dryness and improve the efficiency of the treatment of sepsis
