六君子汤治疗脓毒症胃肠功能障碍(脾虚证)的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察六君子汤对于脾虚型脓毒症胃肠功能障碍的临床疗效。方法将符合脾虚型脓毒症胃肠功能障碍标准的患者按随机数表法分组。治疗组给予西医常规治疗加六君子汤;对照组给予西医常规治疗加等量0.9%氯化钠注射液。15 d为1个疗程,15 d后对比两组患者的临床症状、胃肠功能障碍评分、炎症指标。结果治疗前两组各指标无明显差异(P>0.05),经治疗后两组患者临床症状均减轻、胃肠功能障碍评分均下降,炎症指标(白细胞计数、C反应蛋白、降钙素原)降低(P<0.05)。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论六君子汤治疗脓毒症胃肠功能障碍能改善患者胃肠功能状态,降低炎症反应,提高临床疗效,具有一定的临床价值。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Liujunzi Decoction on gastrointestinal dysfunc- tion of sepsis syndrome of spleen deficiency. Methods： The patient diagnosed with spleen deficiency of gastroin- testinal dysfunction of sepsis criteria were grouped with table of random number. Singulars were the treatment group,which were treated with conventional western medicine treatment plus Liujunzi Decoction,while evens as the control group,were given conventional therapy plus equal amount of saline. Each group had 30 people.7 days were 1 treatment course. After 7 days,clinical symptoms,gastrointestinal dysfunction score,and markers of in- flammation were compared in order to determine the clinical curative effect of Liujunzi Decoction. Results： Ac- cording to the statistical data analysis ,there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment （P 〉 0.05）. After treatment, the clinical symptoms of both groups relieved, and gastrointestinal dysfunction scores decreased,as well as the inflammatory indexes （WBC ,CRP,and PCT）. The total effective rate of treatment group was 70% ,while the control group was 50%. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： In the treatment of sepsis with gastrointestinal dysfunction,Liujunzi Decoc- tion can improve gastrointestinal function and the clinical efficacy,reduce the mortality rate,prevent complica- tions, and has certain clinical value for the treatment of sepsis.
