摘　　要："五经配伍""针经治脏"为湖湘针推学术流派重要的学术观点。其对脏腑卒痛的治疗不仅限于本脏本腑,而是充分考虑五脏之间的生克、助制关系,从而针对该脏腑对应经络的子母经、克侮经、表里经、同名经同时进行调节,以恢复其阴平阳秘的平衡状态。临床以此理论为指导治疗心绞痛、胃肠痉挛、胆绞痛、泌尿系绞痛疗效显著。＂Five main and collateral channels compatibility＂ and ＂acupuncture treatment of viscera disease＂ was one of the most important academic point of view in Hunan acupuncture academic schools. Its treatment for the internal organs of acute pain was not limited to Zang and Fu,but to give full consideration to the interpromoting and restriction and then to help and mutual restriction relation in five elements, so as to adjust the son and mother channels,Kewu channels,inside and outside channels,and meridians with the same name at the same time,and restore the balance of Yin and Yang. The clinical effect was significant on the clinical treatment of angina pec- toffs, gastrointestinal spasm, biliary colic, and urinary system.
