特色苦瓜品种银玉的选育报告

摘　　要：银玉是以自交系KD1-1为母本,自交系KD3-9为父本选育而成的苦瓜一代杂种。在2003-2004年品种比较试验中,银玉前期产量3 136.8 kg/667 m^2,比对照蓝山苦瓜增产42.5%;总产量4 677.8 kg/667 m^2,比对照蓝山苦瓜增产50.2%。选育结果表明,银玉果实棒状,果皮白色,瘤较密,突起较明显;瓜长约30 cm,横径约5 cm,肉厚0.8 cm,平均单果重0.330 kg;维生素C含量841.8 mg/kg,粗蛋白质含量0.90%,粗纤维含量1.5%,苦味适中;抗白粉病,中抗霜霉病。适于湖北省海拔1 400 m以下的山区和平原地区种植。Yinyu was a characteristic bitter gourd variety bred by crossing with the parental combination of an inbred line KDI-1/KD3-9. In the variety comparison test during 2003-2004, the average early yield of Yinyu was 3 136.8 kg/667 m^2, and 42.5% higher than that of the control; The average total yield was 4 677.8 kg/667 m^2,and 50.2% higher than that of the control. The results showed that the fruit of Yinyu was clavate with white skin, dense and obvious tumor; the fruit length, transverse diameter,flesh thickness,and average single fruit weight was 30 cm,about 5 cm,0.8 em,and 0.330 kg respectively. The content of VC,crude protein,crude fiber was 841.8 mg/kg, 0.90%,and 1.5%, respectively,the bitter was moderate. Yinyu was resistant to powdery mildew,moderately resistant to downy mildew,which was suitable to plant in below the 1 400 m elevation braes and plains in Hubei province.
