双齿围沙蚕浸膏生物活性的研究

摘　　要：用70%乙醇对双齿围沙蚕进行热浸提后,得到双齿围沙蚕浸膏。然后对得到的浸膏依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯及正丁醇进行萃取,得到3部分萃取物。对双齿围沙蚕浸膏及各有机溶剂萃取部分进行抑菌试验和血管紧张肽I转化酶(ACE)抑制测试。结果表明,双齿围沙蚕浸膏及各有机溶剂萃取部分均具有抑制ACE作用,且具有剂量依赖性。双齿围沙蚕石油醚萃取部分对枯草芽孢杆菌和大肠杆菌有抑菌活性,乙酸乙酯萃取部分对枯草芽孢杆菌、希瓦氏菌以及金黄色葡萄球菌具有抑菌活性,正丁醇萃取部分对希瓦氏菌具有抑菌活性。Perinereis aibuhitensis crude extract was obtained after P. aibuhitensis was exhaustively extracted by 70 % hot ethanol. The resulting extract was extracted by petroleum ether,ethyl acetate and n-butanol in turn,resulting in 3 extracts from the organic solvent layer. The crude extract and the 3 extracts from the organic solvent layer were applying to inhibit the growth of bacteria and the activity of angiotensin converting enzyme （ACE）. The results showed that the extract from petroleum ether layer had the antibacterial activity with the Bacillus subtilis and Escherichia coli, the extract from ethyl acetate layer had antibacterial activity with B. subtilis, Shewanella sp. and Staphylococcus aureus, and the extract from n-butanol layer had antibacterial activity with Shewanella sp. The crude extract and organic solvent extracts had inhibition to ACE in a dose-dependent manner.
