摘　　要：2015年是人民银行经理国库30周年,30年来吉林省人民银行各级国库紧紧把握服务吉林老工业基地振兴发展、推进财税金融体制改革的大局,高效履行中央银行经理国库职责,充分发挥在预算收支任务中的执行、促进、监督和反映作用,有力支持了吉林省经济建设和各项社会事业的全面发展。同时今年也是新《预算法》颁布实施的第一年,吉林省各级国库将主动适应经济发展新常态,积极处理好安全与效率、监管与服务、创新与实践三大关系,牢牢守住安全底线,不断推动现代化服务型国库建设,为吉林振兴发展做出更大贡献。2015 is the 30 anniversary of the people＇s bank manager, 30 years, Jilin Provincial People＇s Bank of China at all levels of the Treasury to grasp the development of the old industrial base in Jilin Province, and promote the overall situation of the reform of fiscal and taxation system, and efficient implementation of the central bank manager treasury duties, and make full use of the budget and expenditure tasks in the implementation, promotion, supervision and reflection, strong support for the economic construction and social undertakings in Jilin province. Also this year is the first year of the new budget law promulgated and implemented, Jilin Province, the National Treasury will take the initiative to adapt to the new normal economic development, actively deal with security and efficiency, supervision and service, innovation and practice of the three major relations, firmly hold the bottom line, and constantly promote the modernization of the National Treasury building, for the revitalization of Jilin to make greater contributions.
