摘　　要：伴随电子商务企业在零售业中的崛起,物流"短板"现象日益凸显,研究电子商务的物流配送并选择最佳物流配送模式显得尤为重要。通过对电子商务不同物流配送模式的利弊进行分析总结,结合各物流配送模式运营成功企业的经验,建立了一套电子商务物流配送模式选择的综合评价体系,并运用定性分析法和定量分析法对该模式进行了评价和完善。Abstract：With the rising of e-commerce enterprises in the retail industry, the logistics ＂short board＂ is becoming increasingly prominent.It is very important to study the logistics distribution and choose the best logistics distribution mode.Through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of different logistics distribution mode of e-commerce,combined with the successful experience of the logistics distribution mode,a comprehensive evaluation system is set up,and the model is evaluated and improved by using qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.
