对中国建设宜居城市的思考——兼论扬州的住与行

摘　　要：经过最近30年的快速发展后,城市在住宅等方面脱离了极度匮乏状态,迎来了提高质量的新阶段。伴随汽车社会发展而来的交通拥堵、环境污染成为困扰人们的大问题。科学发展观也要求城市适宜人的需求和发展。居住密度过大、住宅类型少、出行不便等影响了居住质量,限购限行等措施并未根本改善交通状态。扬州具有历史遗产丰富、位于长三角、适逢国际化信息化时代的优势,可以通过降低居住密度、增加住宅形式、提高建成区道路面积率和路网密度、利用社会资本兴建市郊铁路,创造居住宽松、交通便利、环境优美的宜居城市。After the last 30 years of rapid development, housing and other of city are out of state of the extreme shortage, ushered in a new stage of quality improvement. With the automobile society caused traffic congestion, environmental pollution has become a big problem plagued the people.housing is too dense, Less housing types, Travel inconvenience and so on has reduced the quality of riving.Restrictions on the purchase and use of a car have not been timdamentally improved traffic condition. Yangzhou has a rich historical heritage, located in the Yangtze River Delta, in the Information and international era. By reducing the residential density, increasing homing type,improving road area ratio and road density of bttilt-up areas, to build suburban railway with private investnent, create live relaxed, convenient transportation and beautifi.il environment livable city.
