摘　　要：系统综述了国内外介观系统量子效应的研究现状,分析了简单介观系统量子化的方法及各自的优缺点,并提出了未来发展需要解决的关键问题,对其应用前景进行了展望,对该领域的深化研究有重要的参考价值和指导意义.Based on the characteristic of mesoscopic system, the research progress is presented on quantum effects at home and abroad firstly, then the studies about the quantized methods that are often used for the simple quantum system are analyzed, and the advantages of those methods are pointed out. According to the trends of quantum effects, several core problems that the advancement of quantum effects are pointed out, the great potential of application is predicted finally. It is valuable and significant for those who work in this field.
