产前彩超诊断101例异常胎盘的回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨异常胎盘的产前彩超检查声像图特征,以便为产科医生评价妊娠结局、并发症和正确处理异常胎盘提供可靠依据。方法:对2010年1月至2014年12月在我院采用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪进行常规产前超声检查的中、晩期孕妇的胎盘情况进行回顾性分析;异常者记录、留图并追踪观察,与娩出的胎盘进行对比和分析。结果:产前彩超检查诊断出异常胎盘101例,占受检总数的1.12%,与产后诊断结果对比,确诊93例,误诊8例,漏诊4例;产前彩超解剖诊断异常胎盘符合率为88.6%。结论:彩超检查以其独特的优势,成为产前诊断的主要的和可靠的检查手段;提高对异常胎盘声像图的识别能力,可有效降低对其的误诊和漏诊,对保障母婴健康发挥着积极的作用。Objective： Discuss the ultrasonographic characteristics in color doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus examination of prenatal abnormal placenta, to provide a reliable basis for obstetric doctors evaluate the outcome of pregnancy and complication, handle eorreetly abnormal placenta. Methods： It were analyzed retrospectively the placentas of the mid and late period pregnant women who had a routine prenatal ultrasound examination using color doppler ultrasonic diagnostie apparatus in our hospital from January, 2010 to December, 2014; Abnormal placen- tas had been detail recorded and Lefted graph, and part of eases had been tracking observed until delivery, were contrasted and analyzed with the deliveried placenta. Results： 101cases of abnormal placenta was diagnosed, which was 1.12% of total number, Compared with postnatal diagnosis results, 93 eases were diagnosised, 8 eases were misdiagnosd and 4 eases were never diagnosed; Abnormal placenta prenatal ultrasound anatomic diagnosis co- incidence rate is 88.6%. Conclusions： Color Doppler ultrasound examination with its unique advantages, become major and reliable diagnostic tool of the prenatal diagnosis; To improve recognition ability of the image of the abnormal placental, which can effectively reduce the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of its, plays a positive role on the protection of the health of mother and infant.
