摘  要:本文以生姜、辣椒、花椒和丁香四种常用食用香辛料为原料,用水煎剂法提取其有效成分,采用牛津杯法对枇杷灰斑病的病原菌进行体外抑菌试验,试验结果表明,四种水提物均具有一定的抑制作用,丁香抑菌效果最好,所以选取丁香作为药剂做进一步试验。将丁香水煎剂配制成不同浓度,分别进行枇杷灰斑病菌丝体生长抑制试验和孢子萌发抑制试验,DPS软件对其结果进行统计分析,得到抑制菌体生长机率值(y)与丁香对数浓度(x)回归方程式y=3.6437+1.2979x,抑制孢子萌发机率值(y)与丁香对数浓度(x)回归方程式y=0.3182+2.7846x。说明丁香对枇杷灰斑病生物防治具有潜在的应用价值。Water extracts from Zingiber officinale Rosc. Capsicum annuum L Zanthoxylum bungeanum L and Syzygium aromaticum L were subjected to bacteriostatic tests in vitro by oxford cup method against the Pathogen of Pestalotiopsis eriobotryfolia. The resuhs showed that four kinds of water extracts had a certain antibacterial effect. The antibacterial effect of Syzygium aromaticum was the best one; Then it was selected to further experi- ments. The effects of inhibition to mycelial growth and spore germination capacity were tested by different concentra- tion of its water extract; then the result was analyzed by DPS software. It showed: the regression equation of inhibition to mycelial growth probability (y) and concentration (x) between y = 3. 6437 + 1.2979x. and the regression e- quation of inhibition to spore germination probability (y) and concentration (x) between y =0. 3182 +2. 7846x. So Syzygium aromaticum has potential application valuel in biological control of Pestalozzia funerea Desm.
