摘 要:为提高电动车轮毂电机散热性能,在整车环境下采用CFD数值计算方法,对不同车速下轮毂电机的散热性能进行数值计算并分析;研究加装散热翅片对轮毂电机散热性能的影响,得到轮毂电机的温度场、空气质量流量、外流场和表面对流传热系数.结果表明:电机的最高温度位于定子上,外表面最高温度区域分布在电机的侧面外壳上;在电机侧面外壳上加装散热翅片可以对电机起到较好的降温效果,当翅片长度方向与电机轴中心线成30°夹角时,更加有利于电机的散热.To improve the dissipation performance of the in-wheel motor of electric vehicle, the numerical calculation method of CFD is used under whole vehicle condition to calculate and analyze the dissipation performance of in-wheel motor under different velocities; the dissipation performance of in-wheel motor installed with fins is studied, and the temperature field, air mass flow, outer flow field and surface convective heat transfer coefficient are obtained. The result shows that, the maximum temperature of the motor occurs on the stator, and the maximum temperature zone locates on the outer surface of the side of the motor housing; the fins are installed on the side of motor housing and can play a better cooling effect on motor temperature decrease, and fin is more conducive to decease the temperature of motor when it is in the length direction of 30° with motor shaft centerline.
