福建省社会保障与农林牧渔业关联性分析

摘　　要：以最新的福建省投入产出表所提供的信息为主要依据,分析社会保障和农林牧渔业的产业相关性,得出社会保障和农林牧渔业之间具有直接和间接关联关系且间接关联关系明显;具有前向、后向关联关系;仅与农业有直接后向关联关系,但和农林牧渔业及其服务业均有直接前向关联关系;推动作用比拉动作用强等主要研究结论。最后,提出了要扩大社会保障的覆盖范围、提高社会保障的待遇水平和推进社会保障的信息化水平等有针对性的建议,以促进社会保障与农林牧渔业的协调发展。This article is based on the latest information provided by the input-output tables of Fujian Province. Through analyzing the correlation between social security and primary industry, it has some conclusions as follow. Firstly, social security and primary industry have direct and indirect relationship, but the indirect relationship is more obvious. Secondly, they have forward and backward linkage. And it has direct forward relationship with agriculture. But it has direct backward relationship with primary industry. Last but not least, social security owns stronger pushing powers than driving powers. Finally, in order to better coordinated development of social security and primary industry, it puts forward some suggestions, such as to enlarge the coverage of social security, to improve the level of social security treatment, and to advance the level of social security information.
