农民参与用水户协会行为影响因素分析——以重庆市巴南区为例

摘　　要：基于重庆市巴南区196份农户调查数据,建立多元Logistic模型,对农民参与用水户协会行为影响因素进行分析,结果表明:大部分农户具有积极参与用水户协会的意愿,同时:文化程度、灌溉面积、灌溉支出在农业生产支出中比重、协会经费的保障程度、协会账目是否公开等因素对农户参与用水户协会意愿均有显著正向影响。提高农户文化素质水平,提升农户对用水户协会认知度;关注农户真实参与动因,有助于提升农户参与用水户协会积极性。Based on the survey statistics of 196 households in Ba＆#39;nan District in Chongqing City ,this paper establishes a multiple lo‐gistic model （MLM） to investigate the influence factors affecting farmers＆#39;engagements in the Water User Association （WUA） .It is proved that the bulk of the households are inclined to actively engage themselves in the WUA ,and that the factors ,including educa‐tion background ,irrigation areas ,the share of irrigation expenditure in aggregate outlay for agricultural production ,the reasonable use of WUA＆#39;s fund and the transparency of WUA＆#39;s account ,among others ,all exerted significant influence on the farmers＆#39;inclination to join in the WUA .In order to spark the households＆#39;enthusiasm to involve themselves in the WUA ,efforts such as improving the farmers＆#39;education level ,making the farmers better acquainted with the WUA ,paying close attention to farmers＆#39;real motives for join‐ing the WUA ,perfecting the operation system of the WUA ,and standardizing the regulating norms should be made .
