摘  要:光伏微电网具有短路电流幅值小、潮流方式灵活、储能容量比例高等特点,其可靠运行需要有完善的保护体系予以支撑。针对上述需求,设计分层式的微电网综合保护体系。该体系以期尽量减小微电网发生故障造成的损失为目标,由基于相位与幅值比较的集中式继电保护、快速储能出力调节控制和紧急控制策略等三部分构成。进一步,通过在PSCAD/EMTDC环境中构建了微电网仿真模型,分析对比了所设计的分层式综合保护体系与传统防护方式的性能差异,验证了分层式综合保护体系的有效性和实用性。Dealing with the special features of the micro-grid such as small short-circuit current, bidirec-tonal power flow, and high proportion for energy storage system, the protection of the PV based micro-grid should be carefully designed to guarantee the reliable operation of micro-grid. A hierarchical compre-hensive protection system was proposed to minimize the load loss of the micro-grid when faults occur. The protection system has three main functions, including relay protection scheme based on phase and magni-tude comparison, fast storage output regulation and emergency control. A test micro-grid with energy stor-age system was setup in PSCAD/EMTDC, based on which simulations were carried out for various faults situations. By comparing the performance of the proposed protection system and traditional protection scheme, the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed hierarchical comprehensive protection system was verified.
