信任趋同及信任感知差异对风险分担的影响——基于组织间信任的探索

摘　　要：通过实证研究考量项目组织间信任对风险分担的作用机理,同时探讨彼此信任感知差异对项目组织间信任趋同与风险分担合理配置之间潜在的调节效应作用机理。结果发现:信任趋同对于风险分担具有显著正向影响,信任感知差异对风险分担效率具有显著负向作用,双方的高度信任促进风险分担合理配置。This paper analyzed the mechanism that trust influences risk allocation,and explored moderating effect of trust perception difference on the relation between trust convergence and proper risk allocation. Result shows that,trust convergence has significant positive effect on risk allocation,however,the difference of trust perception has a significant negative effect to risk allocation efficiency. Thus,the high trust from both sides promoted the reasonable for risk allocation in project.
