摘 要:为了进一步利用和改良玉米优良自交系,以9份玉米自交系及其组配的72个双列杂交组合为试验材料,采用格列芬双列杂交方法对玉米产量及穗部性状配合力进行分析。结果表明:穗粗、穗行数、百粒重、容重性状主要受基因加性效应影响;产量主要受非加性效应影响;穗长、行粒数、出籽率受基因加性效应和非加性效应共同影响。穗行数和容重的狭义遗传力与广义遗传力接近,说明二者的显性效应较低,主要是加性效应起的作用。产量的遗传力则有较大的差异,说明亲本产量不能决定子代产量。In order to further use and improve good maize inbred lines ,taking nine typical maize inbred lines and their mixture of 72 double crosses (excluding anti‐pay) as the tested materials ,the combing ability of the maize ear caracters and yield was studied .The results showed that ear diameter ,the grain number of row ,100‐grain weight ,bulk density were mainly affected by additive genetic effect ,yield was mainly influenced by non‐additive effect ;spike length ,grain number per row and seed‐producing percentage were influenced by both additive effect and non‐ additive effect .There were close between high heredity and narrow heredity of ear height and bulk density which showed that they were low of dominant effect .The additive effect played the main role ,be‐cause the high heredity and narrow heredity were different which showed dominant effects obviously of the yield .The offspring's yield could not be selected through the parents .The high heredity and narrow heredity were very different to determine the grain weight per ear through the parents but to text results .
