摘 要:为了获得水稻抗寒育种的基因资源,将腊梅花硫酯酶基因(CpFATB)转入水稻中,并对其后代进行了耐冷性鉴定。结果表明:转基因水稻低温下发芽率与常温发芽率比值为98%,与对照相比有所提高,达0.01水平显著差异;幼芽5℃存活率最高为98.41%,与对照达0.001水平显著差异;芽期在经历低温后比对照能较快地恢复生长;孕穗期经低温处理后,穗长、穗重、千粒重等指标无显著差异,有效分蘖率最高为76.928%,空粒率最低为10.02%,与对照达0.001水平显著差异。说明外源基因CpFATB在一定程度上提高了水稻的耐冷性。In order to acquire cold‐tolerance resourses of rice for breeding ,Cp FA TB (Chimonanthus praecox chloroplast acyl‐ACP thioesterase)was transfered into japonica rice ,and the ability of cold‐tolerance of the third GMOs’ generation was tested .The results showed that the ratio of the germination rate under low‐temperature treatment and regular temperature was 98% that significantly higher than the non‐GMO cultivar .The survival rate of seedling at 5 ℃ was 98 .41% ,reached highly significant level .The GMOs recovered quicker than non‐GMO cultivar after low‐temperature treatment in sprouting stage .There was no significant difference with sta‐tus like TKW ,average panicle weight and length .But the effective tillering rate and empty seeds rate were in highly significant level difference after low‐temperature treatment in booting stage .All results certificated that the Cp FA TB improved the ability of cold‐tolerance of rice to a certain degree .
