医务社会工作者介入医学人文关怀的基本路径探讨

摘　　要：现代医学人文科学的发展客观要求建立一个以医务社工为主体和主导的新型医学人文关怀体系。医务社工是临床人文关怀的主要组织者和完成者;医患双方的合作者与配合者;医患关系障碍的沟通者和协调者;医疗纠纷的预防者和控制者。医务社工介入医学人文关怀的基本路径主要包括人文病历、医患沟通、住院指导、健康教育、心理咨询、转介服务、社会帮助、临终关怀、出院规划。The development of modem medical humanities is in high demand of establishing a renovated system of medical humanistic solicitude, predominated by the force of medical social workers. As a matter of fact, medical social workers play multiple roles - implementers of clinical humanistic care, coordinators between doctors and patient, communicators in the doctor - patient relationship, and mediators in medical disputes. They intervene into medical humanistic solicitude by means of establishing humanistic medical records, promoting doctor - patient communication, providing hospital admission guidance, health education, psychological counseling, referral services, social support, hospice care, and discharge planning.
