摘　　要：公共关系管理是医院争取社会支持、保障生存发展的重要手段。我国医院公共关系管理仍处于理论与实践的初级阶段,存在理论指导不足、医院间管理水平差距较大、管理者角色定位偏差、管理职能分散和人力缺口等问题。未来的医院公共关系管理应当加强理论建设,明确管理者角色与定位,整合管理职能,寻求多方合作并积极探索人才培养的道路。Public relation management is an important means for hospitals to acquire social support and ensure the survival and development. Public relation management of hospitals in our country is still in the primary stage of the theory and practice. The problems include that lack of theoretical guidance, the hospital management level gap, the role and position deviation, function decentralization and talent gap. The hospital public relations management should strengthen the construction of theory, clearly define the own role, integrate management functions, actively seek cooperation and try to cooperate with the medical social work.
