摘　　要：鉴于影响单病种费用的因素较多,又难以客观衡量和赋予各因素对单病种费用的影响权重,本文基于主成分分析法研究单病种费用。通过计算影响单病种费用的各主成分系数和综合主成分系数,确定影响单病种费用的关键费用项目。研究发现卫生材料费用、检查费用、药品费用和手术费用对单病种费用的影响最大。医院管理层和医务工作者可以从卫生材料费用、检查费用、药品费用和手术费用等关键项目入手加强管控,以降低单病种成本。卫生管理部门也可以从这些关键费用项目来监管医院单病种费用,科学、合理地制定单病种费用标准。In view of the factors affecting the cost of single disease is more and difficuh to objectively measure the influence of various factors on the cost of single diseases is given weight, this paper research on the composition of single disease cost uses the principal component analysis. It calculates the principal component coefficients and comprehensive principal components coefficient of single disease to determine the key factors of single disease cost. The study found the sanitary materials costs, inspection costs, drug costs and operation costs impact on the cost of a single disease most. Hospital management and medical workers can management and control these key factors of the sanitary material costs, inspection costs, drug costs and operation costs in order to reduce the cost of a single disease. Health authorities also can take advantage of these key cost factors to monitor single disease costs of a hospital and development cost standard scientifically and reasonability.
