医学生人文素养教育面临的困境及对策

摘　　要：医学人文素养教育对于缓解日益加剧的医患矛盾、提升医务人员职业素养有着重要的意义。许多医学院校在传统教育管理体制、课程结构设置不合理、教学方式单一化、教师知识结构局限等因素的影响下,医学生人文素养教育面临较大的障碍。需通过加强传统文化教育、增加医学人文课程学时、完善师资队伍3个方面来加强对医学生人文素养的培育。Medical humanities education has important significance to alleviate the increasing important discipline of doctor - patient contradiction, and improve medical personnel professional quality. Besides, it is also one of the required course that medical student take. Although our country medical education department is taking various measures to improve humanity accomplishment of the medical college students, but result is not satisfactory. How to improve the awareness of humanity accomplishment of the medical college students is still a problem in many scholars and experts.
