摘　　要：介绍了一种Zn-Ni合金刷镀溶液。该刷镀液不含光亮剂及添加剂,溶液稳定,通过实验优化了刷镀工艺参数,对Zn-Ni合金镀层外观、结合力、硬度和耐蚀性等进行测定。结果显示,该镀液所得镀层出光速度快,色泽良好呈镜面光亮,可方便地对零部件进行局部镀覆。A kind of Zn-Ni alloy brush electroplating solution, which was stable and no additives contained,was introduced in this paper. Process parameters of the brush electroplating were optimized by experiments, appearance, adhesion force, hardness and corrosion resistance of the Zn-Ni alloy coating were determined. Result showed that the coating brightening speed was increased with a good luster and mirror bright. This solution could make the partial brush electroplating easier.
