摘　　要：建筑铝型材通常采用传统的阳极氧化及锡盐类电解着色工艺,该工艺所生产的铝型材颜色系列,一直是国内建筑铝型材中应用较广泛的产品。论述了锡盐类电解着色液在生产中所遇到的常见问题,根据多年对锡盐类电解着色工艺的研究和积累的实践经验,分析了问题的起因,并提出了日常的维护措施。Anodic oxidation and tin salt electrolytic coloring process were usually adopted in architectural aluminum profile manufacturing, color series produced from the coloring process were widely used in domestic architectural aluminum profile products. In this paper,common problems of the tin salts electrolytic coloring bath in practical production were described. According to years of researching and practical experiences, causes of the problems were analyzed and some routine maintenance measures were proposed.
