摘 要:分别采用304不锈钢和316不锈钢作化学镀镍槽材料,以碳钢为镀件进行化学镀镍周期实验,考察不同材质槽体对化学镀镍溶液寿命的影响。结果表明,在经50%硝酸钝化处理后的不锈钢容器内镀液性能稳定,槽液稳定常数在90%、沉积速率为10μm/h、镀层磷质量分数为11.4%的范围内,304不锈钢槽所盛槽液的使用寿命为6个周期,316不锈钢槽所盛槽液的使用寿命为9个周期,且所获得的镀层结构均匀、致密,外观平整光亮。作为化学镀镍容器,316不锈钢明显优于304不锈钢。Influences of different plating tank materials on the service life of eleetroless nickel plating bath have been studied by electroless nickel plating MTO experiments on which using 304 and 316 stainless steel as plating tank materils and taking carbon steel as plating workpieces. Experimental results show that the performance of plating bath in stainless steel plating tank is stable subject to the stainless steel has been passivated by 50% HNO3. The bath stability constant is about 90% ,the deposition rate is 10 μm/h and the phosphorus mass fraction of the coating is around 11.4%. The service life of plating bath containing in 304 stainless steel tank is 6.0 MTO,while which containing in 316 stainless steel tank is 9.0 MTO, and the coating presents an uniform and compact structure, smooth and bright appearance. The performance of 316 stainless steel is much better than that of 304 ,as being the material of electroless nickel plating tank.
