摘　　要：从理论和实证的角度研究混合云环境下企业IT投资决策指标,针对混合云环境下云服务实例的多样性与复杂性,导致投资决策方面关于评价指标的不确定及缺乏定量分析的问题,分析了影响其进行投资决策的5个指标,并引入灰色综合评价方法,组织专家依次进行评分,建立混合云环境下企业IT投资决策指标体系,使定性指标更加量化,分析研究更加直观,从而选出混合云环境下最适合企业进行IT投资决策的方案,对于不同业务需求企业采纳混合云服务具有重要参考意义。The investment decision-making index of IT enterprises was theoretically and empirically discussed. The diver-sity and complexity of cloud service instance leads to uncertain evaluation and neglected quantitative analysis under hybrid cloud environment. Aiming at the problems existing in the current study, five indicators that impact their decisions were concluded the-oretically and empirically. Then, the Grey Comprehensive Evaluation System and organizes experts in grading were introduced, the IT investment-decisions index system was established, so that the qualitative indicators will be more quantified and the anal-ysis be more intuition. Finally the most suitable program about enterprises making IT investment decisions was selected, which has important reference significance for adopting a hybrid cloud service according to the different needs of the business.
