用户知识与经验在云IOS人-机信任中的调节作用

摘　　要：在CIOS(基于云的跨组织信息系统)的信任影响因素模型的基础上,利用来自中国大陆的256份有效样本数据进行实证分析,研究发现用户的受教育程度、全职工作年限,以及可控性对CIOS人-机信任的影响具有负向调节作用,用户所在企业的CIOS应用阶段和可用性对CIOS人-机信任的影响具有负向调节作用。研究结果对CIOS的研发与应用有参考价值。Based on the influencing factors model of trust toward Cloud-based Inter-Organizational information Systems （ CIOS） , empirical tests through 256 effective sample data from China's Mainland were done. The results show that users＆#39; educa-tional levels and full time employment periods play negative moderating roles in the influence of systems＆#39; controllability to human- machine trust toward CIOS. The application stages of CIOS of the enterprises that the users work at play negative moderating roles in the influence of systems＆#39; usability to human - machine trust toward CIOS. Based on the research discovery, proposals a-bout R ＆amp; D and applications of CIOS were offered.
