摘  要:以α,ω-含氢硅油(α,ω-PHMS)和烯丙基环氧基聚醚(APEE)为原料,无水乙醇为溶剂,在铂催化下,通过硅氢加成合成环氧基聚醚聚硅氧烷(EPEPS),再与N,N-二甲基十二烷基叔胺(DMA12)进行开环反应,制得一种新型季铵盐型有机硅双子表面活性剂(QSGS).用红外光谱(IR)对QSGS和EPEPS的结构进行了表征,并对QSGS的临界胶束浓度(cmc)、表面张力、发泡力、耐酸碱盐稳定性和在硬水中的稳定性等进行了测定.结果表明:QSGS水溶液的cmc为1.6 g/L,cmc处表面张力(γcmc)为25.5 m N/m.质量分数为0.5%的QSGS水溶液发泡力为1.63,5 min稳泡性为0.158,在硬水中的稳定性为5级.QSGS溶液具有很好的耐酸、耐碱、耐盐等化学稳定性.The epoxy group potyether polysiloxane (EPEPS) was prepared by hydrosilylation of α,ω-hydro- gen silicone (α,ω-PHMS) and allyl epoxy groups polyether (APEE) in the presence of a platinum catalyst using anhydrous ethanol as the solvent. A kind of novel quaternary ammonium organic silicon Gemini surfactant (QSGS) was synthesized by the ring-opening reaction of EPEPS with N,N-dimethyl dodecyl tertiary amine (DMA12). The chemical structures of QSGS and EPEPS were characterized by IR. The properties of QSGS, such as critical micelle concentration, surface tension, foaming power, acid, alkali and salt resistance and stability in hard water were investigated. The experimental results showed that the critical micelle concentration (cmc) of QSGS solution was 1.6 g/L, the surface tension at cmc (γcmc) of QSGS solution was 25.5 mN/m. The foaming power of 0.5% QSGS (mass fraction) solution was 1.63 and foam stability after 5 min was 0.158. The stability of QSGS in hard water was grade 5. The QSGS solution had excellent chemical stability of acid, alkali and salt resistance.
