摘  要:目的:观察舒胃冲剂对糖尿病胃轻瘫大鼠胃窦Cajal间质细胞(ICC)的影响,探讨舒胃冲剂改善糖尿病胃轻瘫胃动力的作用机制。方法:将100只Wistar大鼠制作成糖尿病胃轻瘫模型,按完全随机法分为舒胃冲剂低、中、高剂量组,枸橼酸莫沙必利组,模型对照组,每组20只;另取20只作为空白组。舒胃冲剂各剂量组灌服低、中、高剂量舒胃冲剂(5.4,10.8,21.6 g/kg),枸橼酸莫沙必利组灌服枸橼酸莫沙必利(1.35 g/kg),空白组及模型对照组灌胃给予等容积生理盐水。4周后通过透射电镜观察各组大鼠胃窦Cajal间质细胞的变化。结果:模型对照组大鼠胃窦ICC数量明显减少,用药后各组ICC数量明显升高(均P<0.01);舒胃冲剂低剂量组与枸橼酸莫沙必利组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05);而中剂量组和高剂量组ICC数量高于枸橼酸莫沙必利组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:舒胃冲剂能有效增加糖尿病胃轻瘫大鼠Cajal间质细胞数量,提高胃动力。Objective: To observe the effect of Shuwei electuary on gastric electrical pacemaker of diabetic gastroparesis rats and discuss the functional mechanism of Shuwei electuary on diabetic gastroparesis motility. Methods: 100 Wistar rats were made as diabetic gastroparesis models, which were randomly divided into low-dose, middle-dose, high-dose group of Shuwei electuary; mosapride citrate group; modle control group, with 20 rats each group. Another 20 rats were used as blank control group. Shuwei electuary groups were fed with low-dose, middle-dose, high-dose shuwei electuary (5.4,10.8,21.6 g/kg). Mosapride citrate group was fed withmosapride citrate. Modle control group and blank control were gavaged with equal volume of saline solution. The variation of Shuwei electuary on interstitial cells of cajal in antrum was observed through transmission electron microscope 4 weeks later. Result: There was no significant difference between low-dose group of Shuwei electuary and mosapride citrate group (P〉0.05).
