摘 要:通过保持交联组份总官能团一致,改变硬质发泡聚氯乙烯(PVC)配方中异氰酸酯/酸酐比例,制得了含不同聚脲/聚酰胺比例交联网络的硬质PVC泡沫。研究了不同异氰酸酯/酸酐比例对交联结构、发泡性能、交联度和力学性能的影响。结果表明,不同异氰酸酯/酸酐比例会改变交联网络结构中聚脲/聚酰胺比例。随着异氰酸酯/酸酐比例的减少,发泡速率增大,最终泡沫的密度变小;交联度先增大然后大致稳定在70%;力学性能则是先提高后降低,当异氰酸酯/酸酐物质的量比约为4∶1时,压缩和剪切性能特别优异。Rigid cross-linked PVC foams with different ratios of changing the molar ratio of isocyanate to anhydride in the formular, polyurea to polyamide were prepared by with the consistency of total functional groups of cross-linking components. Influence of molar ratios of isocyanate to anhydride on cross-linked network, foamability, crosslinking degree and mechanical properties was studied. The results showed that different molar ratios of isoeyanate to anhydride could change the ratio of polyurea to polyamide in the cross- linked network structure. With reducing the molar ratio of isocyanate to anhydride, the foaming rate increased, the eventual density of the foam decreased; crosslinking degree increased and then reached a generally steady value of 70%; mechanical paoperties increased firstly and then decreased. When the isocyanate/anhydride ratio was about 4 : 1, the compression and shear performance were very good.
