摘 要:采用欠注注塑发泡成型工艺,通过控制射胶时间制备了聚丙烯(PP)微孔发泡材料,分析了试样中泡孔的结构特点;并研究了射胶时间和熔体温度对PP微孔发泡材料发泡行为的影响规律。结果表明,射胶时间对试样结构和PP发泡行为影响很大,射胶时间较短时试样形状不完整;射胶时间较长时试样发泡空间小,泡孔成核少,而当射胶时间为1.6 s和1.8 s时PP发泡行为较理想,其泡孔平均直径分别为34、50μm,泡孔密度分别达到3.0×105、2.8×105个/cm3。随着熔体温度升高,熔体强度降低,导致泡孔直径增大,泡孔密度减小,泡孔尺寸分布不均匀。熔体温度为180℃时,PP发泡行为较理想,其泡孔直径和泡孔密度分别为35μm、3.0×105个/cm3。Polypropylene (PP) microcellular foams were prepared using the owe injection toaming method by controlling the injection time. The characteristics of the cell structure was analyzed. And the effects of injection time and melt temperature on the foaming behaviors of PP microcellular foams were also investigated. The results showed that the injection time had a great influence on the structure and the foaming behaviors of PP samples. The short injection time led to reduced the foaming room and cell nucleus. When the i imperfect sample shapes while the long injection time njection time was 1.6 s and 1.8s, the foam behaviors of PP were preferable with the average diameters of the cell of 34 μm and 50 vm and the cell densities of 3.0×10^5 cells/cm^3 and 2.8×10^5 cells/cm^3, respevtively. It was found that the melt strength decreased as the melt temperature increased, which led to the increase of cell diameter, the decrease of cell density and the uneven distribution of the cell sizes. When the melt temperature was 180℃, the foaming behavior was good with the average diameter and cell density of the cell of 35μm and 3.0×10^5 cells/em3 respevtively.
