摘 要:目的针对产品包装领域的特殊需求,设计一种由链条和液压缸组成的小型自动升降输送平台方案。方法采用Proe软件进行输送平台结构设计,并通过有限元分析软件Ansys Workbench对托板进行分析与优化,得到其最大变形和等效应力。结果对输送平台进行虚拟装配,显示设计的新型带升降机构输送平台能够满足产品输送的工作要求。对托板进行有限元分析与优化,不仅使托板的应力和应变满足要求,而且使自身的质量降低了20.7%。结论该方案具有一定的可行性,虽然结构复杂,但能巧妙地实现所需的运动要求。The aim of this study was to design a new type of conveying platform composed of a chain and a hydraulic cylinder according to the special needs in product packaging field. The 3D model of conveying platform was established through the Proe software. Then the pallet was analyzed and optimized with the help of the finite element analysis software Ansys Workbench so as to get the maximum deformation and equivalent stress. The 3D model was assembled to show that the conveying platform with lifting mechanism can meet requirements of the delivery process. The finite element analysis and optimization was conducted to the pallet, not only meeting the requirements of the pallet's stress and strain, but also making its own weight reduced by 20.7%. The scheme has certain feasibility. The structure of the lifting mechanism is complex, but it can skillfully satisfy the movement requirements.
