摘  要:旧的评价体系在指导高职高专院校图书馆科学发展方面存在不足,构建以《全国高职高专院校图书馆建设指南》为核心的评价体系是现实的迫切需求。新的评价体系注重引导图书馆的全面发展,可以实现持续、动态的评价并提供针对性的管理咨询,便于全国及省市管理部门监督与指导,是规范高职高专院校图书馆科学发展的有效机制。全国多省市高职高专图书馆界通过数年协同努力,对建立这一评价体系进行了卓有成效的实践探索。The old evaluation system for the performance of the libraries of higher vocational colleges has been outdated, for it can not fulfill the mission of guiding the library to further development. It is highly necessary to establish a new evaluation system that is coordinated with Guide for the Development of Higher Vocational College Library in China. The new system focuses on guiding libraries to develop in an all-round way, to implement a constant and dynamic evaluation, and to provide management advice on specific problems. The new system demonstrates convenience for the national and provincial supervision and instruction, establishes an effective mechanism for regulating the development of libraries. Many vocational colleges all over China have already cooperated for years to successfully explore and practice the new evaluation system.
