摘　　要：文章以嵌入式理念为导向,通过嵌入或创建用户QQ群,如班级群、学生社团群、教师科研群及其他各种功能的读者群等,在QQ群中实现高校图书馆各种服务,包括信息发布、参考咨询、用户培训、阅读推广、学科服务等,以达到拓展高校图书馆服务空间、提高服务质量的目的,并就如何开展高校图书馆QQ群服务管理进行了探讨。By taking the concept of embedded service as a guidance, this paper probes into the feasibility of the QQ groups in all sorts of library services. The QQ groups refer to the those based on the administrative class, the students＇ clubs, the faculty, and the readers groups with other functions, and the library services conclude information announcement, reference enquiry, training the users, reading promotion, and discipline services. It is believed that only by doing these, can service scopes of the library be widened and the service quality be enhanced. The management of QQ groups are also discussed in the article.
