摘　　要：高校图书馆作为全民阅读的重要保障单位,通常是以开展活动的方式进行阅读推广,但目前看来效果并不理想。文章建议高校图书馆在呼吁宏观层面尽快立法的同时,从图书馆自身的规章制度建设着手,建立健全推进阅读的长效机制。As the important insuring unit of nation participates in reading promotion by carrying out reading ac article makes a suggestion that on the macro level, libraries as possible, while on the micro level, libraries should start wide reading promotion, university libraries usually tivities, unfortunately, the effects are not ideal. This should appeal to the government to enact laws as soon from the system construction to establish a long-term mechanism for nationwide reading promotion.
