摘　　要：文化共享工程是政府实施的一项文化惠民工程,人才队伍建设是保障该工程持续发展的重要基础。文章以安徽省分中心开展培训的经验为例,对文化共享工程培训的相关观念、体系、网络和内容,培训的组织形式、内容和取得的效果等方面进行探讨。Anhui Culture Sharing Project is a project which is beneficial to people, and the construc contingent of talented personnel is the guarantee and an important basis of sustainable development. Taki training experience of ACSP for example, this article probes into relative concept, system, network contents training of ACSP. The concrete forms, contents and effects of the training work have also been discussed tion of ng the of the in the article.
