摘　　要：档案信息化建设是信息时代档案工作的重要课题,《社会转型期档案信息化与档案信息伦理建设研究》一书对我国的档案信息化以及档案信息伦理建设过程中所面临的问题与挑战进行了有益的探索。文章针对书中提出的形成档案信息资源集中与自治相结合的新型管理机制、对档案开放期限和开放鉴定的重新认识和定位、对安徽省档案资源整合与管理模式改革的思考、实现档案信息伦理建设与档案信息立法同构等内容进行简要评述。In the information era, the IT Application to archival information has become an important topic in the archival circle. The book The IT Application to Archival Information and the Construction of Archival Information Ethics in Social Transition Period has made a preferable probe into the new issues and challenges we are faced with in the process of the construction of archival information and archival information ethics. This essay makes a brief comment on the suggestions mentioned in the book, the creation of a new management system which combines centralization and autonomy of archival resources, the recognition and reposition of the time limits and appraisal of the declassification of archives so as to find out solutions to the integration of archival resources, and to advance some management models for further study. The realization of both archival legislation and the construction of archival information ethics is also briefly expounded in the article.
