吸附剂La_xNi_yO_z/MSN的表征及脱硫性能研究

摘  要:以介孔纳米硅球(MSN)为载体,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备出一系列不同La/Ni摩尔比的LaxNiyOz/MSN吸附剂(Ni0与La0的总质量分数固定为20%),利用氮气吸附(BET)、X射线衍射(XRD)、氢气程序升温还原(H2-TPR)、高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等分析手段对吸附剂进行了表征,并用含硫量为150 mg/L的商业柴油对其吸附脱硫性能进行了活性测试。结果表明,随着La含量的增加,LaxNiyOz/MSN系列吸附剂的比表面积、介孔孔容及突破硫容量均呈现先增大后减小的趋势,吸附剂La2Ni8Oz/MSN具有最高的比表面积和介孔体积,且在室温(25℃)下达到最大突破硫容量(0.598 mg/g)。Using the support of MSN (mesoporous silica - nano - particles ), a series of sorbents LaxNiyOz/MSN with different La/Ni molar ratios (the total mass fraction of Ni0 and La0 was fixed at 20% ) were prepared by a sol - gel method. The sor- bents were characterized by nitrogen adsorption iso- therms (BET) , X - ray diffraction (XRD) , temper- ature - programmed reduction of hydrogen (Hz - TPR), high -resolution transmission electron micros- copy (HRTEM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the adsorption desulfurization perform- ance of the synthesized sorbents was evaluated by u-sing commercial diesel with sulfur content of 150 mg/ L. The results showed that the BET surface area,the mesoporous volume and the breakthrough sulfur ca- pacity first increased and then decreased with the in- crease of the content of La. The La2Ni8Oz/MSN had the highest BET surface area and the mesoporous volume, and exhibited the maximum breakthrough sulfur capacity of 0. 598 mg/g at 25 ℃.
