摘  要:介绍了DCR评价装置在催化裂化(FCC)催化剂研发中的应用情况。对同一催化剂在相同反应条件下进行了4次平行性实验。结果表明,物料平衡回收率最高为99.60%,最低为99.40%,标准偏差为0.08%;利用DCR评价装置,可考察催化剂作用下剂油比与转化率及产品收率的关系,研究催化剂对汽油辛烷值的影响及其作用方式,且通过评价数据中的H2/CH4(摩尔比)可预测催化剂的抗重金属性能。DCR评价装置具有反应规模大且稳定性好、数据重现性高的特点。The application of DCR (Davison Circu- lating Riser) evaluation device in the research and de- velopment of catalytic cracking (FCC) catalyst was in- troduced. Four parallel experiments were carried out for the same catalyst under the same reaction conditions. The results showed that the highest recovery rate of material balance was 99.60%, the lowest one 99.40% and the standard deviation 0.08%. Using DCR device, the relationship between catalyst to oil ratio and con- version rate or product yield in the presence of a eata-lyst Could be investigated,the effects of catalyst on oc- tane number of gasoline and its affecting modes could be researched,and the anti -heavy metal performance of catalysts could be predicted through the evaluation data of H2/CH4 (mole ratio). DCR device had the ad- vantages of large evaluation scale, good stability, and high data reproducibility.
