摘  要:某石化公司360 t/h酸性水汽提装置采用单塔低压汽提工艺。该装置自投运以来,出现了酸性水脱气罐满罐、原料酸性水携油严重、原料水-净化水换热器结垢、汽提塔塔盘堵塞、净化水无法外送等异常问题。从工艺操作和设计方面分析了以上问题产生的原因,通过采取优化原料酸性水预处理工艺,加强原料酸性水除油、除焦粉操作,可消除原料水-净化水换热器结垢和汽提塔结焦堵塞的诱因,并对净化水外送流程进行改造,解决了上述影响装置安稳运行的问题。Single - tower low - pressure stripping technology was applied to 360 t/h sour water strip- ping plant in a petrochemical company. Since the plant went into operation, several problems which af- fected smooth operation were found, for example, sour water degassing tank was full filled sometimes, sour water brought oil seriously, sour water - purified water heat exchanger produced scaling, stripping tower trays were blocked and there was no way for purified water to be transported to outside the battery limits. The source was analyzed from process opera-tion and design. The sour water - purified water heat exchanger scaling and tower tray's blocking were eliminated by optimizing sour water pretreatment process and strengthening deoiling and decoking of sour water, and a conveying line for purified water was added. All the problems were resolved for oper- ating the plant smoothly and safely.
