摘　　要：目的建立止泻灵颗粒微生物限度检查方法。方法采用常规法和培养基稀释法进行试验。结果及结论止泻灵颗粒的细菌、霉菌和酵母菌的计数方法采用培养基稀释法,控制菌检查采用常规法检验,结果有效可行。OBJECTIVE To establish microbial limit test for Zhixieling granules.METHODS Verification test was carries out by common method and nutrient medium dilution method.RESULTS and CONCLUSION It is effective and feasible that bacteria, filamentons fungi and yeast count were detected with nutrient medium dilution method.Control bacteria can be tested by using the conventional method.
