八珍丸(水蜜丸、大蜜丸)中3种重金属元素的含量测定

摘　　要：目的研究八珍丸(水蜜丸、大蜜丸)中铅、镉、铜3种重金属含量。方法采用原子吸收分光光度计,分别测定八珍丸(水蜜丸、大蜜丸)5个生产厂家共14批样品中铅、镉、铜3种重金属含量。结果八珍丸(水蜜丸、大蜜丸)中铅、镉、铜最高含量分别为1.346mg·kg-1、0.166mg·kg-1、7.508mg·kg-1。结论目前还没有标准对中药成方制剂中的重金属进行限量,本文为八珍丸(水蜜丸、大蜜丸)重金属质量标准的研究提供了科学依据。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of three heavy metals elements（Pb、Cdand Cu） in BaZhen Pills （Water-honeyed pills and Big-honeyed pills）.METHODS Atomic absorption spectrophotometrywere used to determine the content of Pb、Cd and Cu in fourteen batches of BaZhen Pills （Water-honeyedpills and Big-honeyed pills） samples from five producers.RESULTS The maximum content of Pb、Cd and Cu inBaZhen Pills （Water-honeyed pills and Big-honeyed pills） were 1.346mg·kg-1 、0.166mg·kg-1 、7.508mg·kg-1 ,respectively.CONCLUSION There is no standard for the traditional Chinese medicine preparation of heavymetal in limited,this paper provides a scientific basis for the study of the quality standard of heavy metals in BaZhenPills（Water-honeyed pills and Big-honeyed pills）.
