阿奇霉素注射液治疗下呼吸道感染的效果观察

摘　　要：目的：观察阿奇霉素注射液对下呼吸道感染的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院自2012年3月～2013年3月收治的下呼吸道感染患者155例，随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组77例患者进行头孢他啶治疗，观察组78例患者进行阿奇霉素注射液治疗。观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果对照组治疗总有效率为67．53％，观察组患者症状消失时间短于对照组，治疗总有效率为92．31％，观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论对下呼吸道感染患者进行阿奇霉素注射液治疗，治疗总有效率较高，可以有效改善患者的临床症状，缩短症状消失时间，加快患者恢复健康，是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of azithromycin injection on lower respiratory tract infec-tions.METHODS 155caseswiththelowerrespiratorytractinfectionsinourhospitalfromMarch2012toMarch 2013 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,77 cases in the control group were treated with ceftazidime treatment,78 patients in observation group carried azithromycin injection therapy.Compare clinical effect of two groups.RESULTS The total effective rate of the control group was 67.53%,symptoms disappearing time of observation group was shorter than control,the total effective rate was 92.31%in the observation group had higher o-verall treatment efficiency,the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .CONCLUSION Patients with lower respiratory tract infections treated with azithromycin injection can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and shorten the time symptoms and accelerate the patient back to health,is a safe and effective treatment.
