派丽奥局部给药治疗牙周牙髓综合征临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察派丽奥局部给药治疗牙周牙髓综合征的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的76例牙周牙髓综合征患者随机分成两组,对照组与研究组各38例,对照组给予常规牙周基础治疗和根管治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予牙周袋内注射派丽奥治疗,对比两组的临床疗效。结果与对照组比较,研究组的治疗有效率显著提高,PLI、PD、BI、GI显著下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论派丽奥局部给药治疗牙周牙髓综合征效果比较理想,值得临床应用。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of Periocline topical in treatment of periodontal pulp syn-drome.METHODS 76casesofperiodontalpulpsyndromeinourhospitalwererandomlydividedinto2groups,38 cases in each group,control group was given routine periodontal therapy and root canal therapy,injecting Pericoline in the periodontal bag was given to treatment group on the basis of contral group ,clinical curative effect of two groups were compared.RESULTS Compared with the control group, the effectiveness significantly increase in treatment group,PLI,PD,BI,GI significantly decreased（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION Periocline topical treatment of perio-dontal pulp syndrome effect is ideal,it is worthy of clinical application.
