摘  要:将煅烧后的硫酸钙晶须应用于石膏板制备中,通过对石膏板断裂强度的测定和晶须在石膏板中的SEM、EDS分析,研究了不同养护条件下硫酸钙晶须对石膏板断裂强度的影响及其在石膏板中的稳定性,并探讨了其作用机理。研究结果表明:无论是自然养护还是40℃恒温养护,硫酸钙晶须均可以提高石膏板的断裂强度;在自然养护24 h,晶须添加量为1%时,石膏板断裂强度可达7.04 MPa,较空白样提高约20%;硫酸钙晶须经煅烧预处理后可以稳定存在于基体石膏中,其形貌和晶型不会发生改变,并与基体石膏紧密结合而形成空间网络结构,从而提高了石膏板的断裂强度。Applying of the calcined calcium sulfate whiskers (CSWs) in the gypsum board, the fracture strength of samples was tested. Their microscopic structure was analyzed by a scanning electron microscope, and their chemical compositions were detected by an X-ray energy dispersive spectroscope. The effects of CSWs on the fracture strength of gypsum board at different curing conditions, as well as the stability of CSWs in gypsum board were investigated. The results show that the fracture strengths of gypsum board cured at ambient condition or 40℃ are all improved. The fracture strength of samples added into 1% CSWs and cured at ambient condition reached to 7.04 MPa, and was increased 20% than that of the samples without CSWs. The calcined CSWs can stabilize in gypsum board, and their morphology and phase are not changed. Moreover, CSWs can integrate themselves with gypsum and form a spatial network structure, which increases the fracture strength of gypsum board.
