摘  要:文章探索老化工艺对二氧化硅开口剂性能的影响,实验结果表明:在老化体系浓度0.15 mol/L、老化p H值7.5、老化温度60℃、老化时间1.5 h条件下,获得的开口剂样品的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)吸收值为1.669 m L/g、表观密度为0.266 g/m L,分散性好。通过红外光谱、XRD、SEM、激光粒度仪等表征证明样品为非晶态无定型二氧化硅,D50约15.45μm,结构疏松,符合二氧化硅开口剂的理想指标。In exploring the impact of the silica anti-blocking agent , we found that the optimal condition are : the concentration of the reaction system was 0.15 mol/L,the PH condition of reaction was 7.5 ,the reaction temperature was 60℃ and the reaction process takes time was about 1.5 h. Under conditions to obtain a sample of good dispersion and the DBP oil absorbed value of prepared product was 1. 669 mL/g and the apparent density was 0. 266 g/mL. By IR,XRD,SEM and particle size distribution detection of the product, it proved that the crystal was amorphous and irregular shape, the average of size of it(D50 ) was about 15.45 μm with fluffy structure, consistent with the ideal index.
